Given the difficulties that can arise with the construction in this type of terrain, the architects have resorted to a cantilevered structure of the house, where the foundation and first floor are made of in-situ concrete.
Not only does it provide a sturdy foundation, but it also adds a certain touch to an amazing array of wood, glass, and metal textures.
Much of the exterior is clad in Corten steel, and a wide glass wall allows for a perfect blend of the exterior with the interior design.

This minimalist cantilever-type house with panoramic windows looks stunning! I’m curious about the level of privacy and security it offers. Are there any measures in place to ensure the safety of the inhabitants?
