Everyone has their own individual living area, but while remaining part of the overall residential complex. The – layered wall as a building element that also serves as a structural, thermal and environmental component, covering all the events that take place in the residence.
The boundaries are defined by the unfolding matter which binds and orientates, adapting to what is going on inside. The interior embodies a continuous flow, possessing perfectly with a neutral wrap – there are no angles, no color, no texture – where life as action is the key.
On the roof is a private garden and swimming pool, just the same does not possess the strict geometry, however, perfectly in harmony with the landscape and the surrounding topography.
