


It was difficult to find a harmonious solution for the symbiosis of natural, rustic and trendy elements. Another challenge was to harmonize the metal framework used in the living room, terrace and bedrooms with the heat-treated woodwork and the conventional structural system of the rest of the property.



The building's clever location allowed for cross ventilation, making for a relaxing atmosphere inside. The use of wood on the floors, walls and ceiling, and the solid doors absorb noise and increase acoustic comfortinterior design. A cantilevered veranda roof of steel construction, bamboo and polycarbonate offers shading and generates a rustic ambiance.
