Architectural firm Jorge Hernandez de la Garza Developed and implemented a unique creative project Fatima House. Completed in 2014, this luxurious and unusual house is located in Mexico City.

According to the architects: “The construction rises in Del Valle, one of the most traditional and popular areas of the metropolis. In fact, the building’s exceptional external appearance was achieved thanks to the central location of the structure and the functional town-planning system.

With wide tree-lined streets, pedestrian paths, numerous parks and chic courtyards, this neighborhood with lots of green areas provides extremely easy access to important avenues with the tranquil interior of Del Valle. It’s also one of the most comfortable and serene places in town.

The architectural concept of building for a young couple who will live in the house is that the main level has numerous public areas and social areas. The living room is located on the lower level A fireplace for the home, A luxurious dining room, a unique bar, a wine cellar with a wide variety of wines, a kitchen, and a family room;.

The interior décor was done in an inviting and magnetic style, with a predominance of light color palette and ultra-modern furnishings. The apartment is a two-level mansion that has a rational and functional distribution of public and different social areas.

A wine cellar and a table for tasting sparkling drinks are behind the bar. It was enriched by a few chairs with an original design and a solid wood shelving unit with numerous niches and shelves holding bottles of wine and other spirits in a mysterious and unusual manner.

It allows all its owners, family and guests to enjoy the surrounding nature, the panoramic views of the internal garden and the exceptional landscape design.

Transparent glazed wide windows perfectly harmonize with the facade of the building and also bring plenty of sunshine and natural warmth into the interior spaces forming a cosy and welcoming atmosphere.
