Good afternoon, lovers of beautiful and modern interior design, we are pleased to welcome you again to Forum City! Introducing a stunning mansion for adventurers. Built in Paracas Bay, Ica Region of Peru. The sandy beach and wonderful scenery complement the fresh, light style of the building.
The main purpose of the building –protection from strong winds. Huge concrete walls and small windows protect the living space from natural hazards. The house is slightly curved, embracing the free space. All paths are united around the pool and terrace. Color, shape, texture of materials are chosen so that the property blends with the tones of the desert.
All the windows in the rooms face the ocean, allowing you to admire the local panorama from any corner of the residence. Stylish, with steel elements and beautiful cookware, the kitchen occupies a small portion, flowing seamlessly into the huge living room. The bathroom is stunning with its decor in the form of embedded small pebbles. The entire design of the rooms is done in light colors, with elements of stone, brick and wood. What gives the whole decoration solidity.
In addition to the main part of the accommodation, two guest bungalows with kitchenette are presented. Behind the house there is a large parking lot. Arquitectos RRMR implemented the construction plan.
