Two-story house Casa BK, located in the city limits, is designed for a family of 5 people. It is located at the back of the plot, separated by a hedge, and has a longitudinal orientation from north to south. This provides insulation from the prying eyes of the neighbors as well as uniform insolation – the degree of sunlight both outside and inside the building.
The back side of this stunning mansion consists entirely of transparent walls that offer a beautiful view of the surrounding nature, which was the main purpose of the design. The house also has private rooms, inaccessible to view from the street. The peculiarity of this construction is its division into two territories – public and private. The whole composition and design of the building is united by the roof made of laminated wood.
