Today we offer our readers a virtual visit to the beautiful Brazilian countryside, where amongst the lush greenery can be found the elegant country house “Vivienda Teresa” A house with a great view.
The luxurious natural contrasts and all the purity of the environment were the starting point that inspired the designers Ana Cristina Faria and Maria Flávia Melo to create a luxurious villa in harmony with the organic landscape.
The beautiful natural landscape was augmented by artificial props and decorations in the planning stage. Stone alleys, paths and squares were installed, the territory was corrected a little, palm trees and decorative bushes were planted in addition. If you look, everything in moderation, so as not to upset the natural balance, the main thing is to emphasize the luxury that seems untouched by urbanization.
Inside, there’s an atmosphere of harmony and coziness, with modern interior solutions merging with the view of the surrounding nature as seen through the glazed areas. The open floor plan allows you to see the landscape from almost any area. It also contributed to a more functional distribution of space, where each individual area flows smoothly into the other.
The area includes two complex buildings connected only by an alley and arranged in a straight line relative to the slope. The first house is a residential home with bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. It has 2 floors, including a basement tier.
The second is for recreation and entertainment, there are billiards, furnished terraces, swimming pool. Its layout is open to the max and more reminiscent of a traditional bungalow design, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the wooded area.
Interior Design presented in the style of a simple village house, designed to relax and enjoy the exotic and rich flora. The main feature is the display of traditional furnishings combined with modern solutions.
The sight of colorful details and accessories that have an intricate and highly unusual look is breathtaking, raw surfaces soaked in antiquity, their special shapes and textures look appropriate and also fun and unforgettable.
Wood is predominant in the decoration: dining tables, storage systems and other household items, the framework of the structure, ceilings and walls. Equally impressive is their combination with modern appliances, expensive sofas and armchairs, glass coffee tables, glossy coatings.
We looked at a unique project that evokes amazing and positive emotions with its organic interiors and amazing views of the surroundings. Before us is an amazing example of modern housing, where technology is interpreted in a natural environment, turning into luxury and paying homage to local traditions. Creating a cozy interior depends not only on the interior, but also on the exterior, which is the main concept.
