The original design of the house creates a visual bridge between the hilltop and the valley. A long slab, an extension of the roof, joins the hillside to create a comfortable parking lot below.
All bedrooms are on the second level, connected by a long hallway. Downstairs, the dining room, home theater and living room are nestled into the first floor. It is followed by a 20 meters long veranda.
But the jewel in the crown of this luxurious residence is the central drawing room with sculpture garden. The famous Brazilian artist Ernesto Neto was invited to create these art installations.
But it’s not just the exclusive display that sets this part of the house apart from others. Her ceiling is also very unusual. It is divided into several zones, one of which is made of wooden panels in two levels, and the other is made of glass. With this roof, the entire center room is filled with a great flow of sunlight and warmth.
The best Brazilian designers Sergio Rodrigues, Hugo França, Zanini de Zanine, Maria Candida Machado, Etel Carmona and Claudia Moreira Salles were involved in this unique project.
