House IV was presented to the public by De Bever Architecten in Eindhoven in the south of the Netherlands. This private residence has an area of 77 sq.m. and is situated in a quiet and privileged area in the province of Bolzano, South Tyrol. It is located in the historical part of Varna, Italy. It was founded in the 1930s. And full completion only in 2013. The original house wasn’t that big, but the size of the land allowed for a small addition. And so appeared a glass block on a concrete foundation, which later became a stylish extension of the living space. The design of the house has a bedroom, living room, study and also a terrace with a pool, which is a wonderful addition to the original house.
