The peculiarities of the site (it is narrow and long) and the proximity of the neighbor’s cottages required the designers to make unusual architectural solutions.
A “well” is created in the center of the ceiling, which makes the room brighter and more spacious, breaking the linear plan. A house nestled by Australia’s Bondi Beach. The concrete building is padded with a plywood facade. The glazed part of the second level of the house is hidden from the neighbors’ eyes by the screen.
