The building itself is located along the southern and western borders of the property, so the rooms are exposed to sunlight most of the day. The house is single-story but very spacious, an effect further enhanced by the minimalist design. All the finishes are in white shades. The same color scheme prevails in the furniture, except for a few pieces of light wood.

Spacious garage and practical basement are under the house. Enough of the courtyard is occupied by a luxurious swimming pool. Glints of light from water play on the walls and ceiling of the master bedroom. The residence is still empty, but it eagerly awaits its occupants.)

The Atrium House by Fran Silvestre Arquitectos looks absolutely stunning! The design and use of space seem to be exceptional. I’m curious to know how the architects achieved the feeling of infinite space and freedom in this house, especially within the constraints of the urban environment in Valencia. Can you provide more insight into the architectural techniques used to create this remarkable sense of openness?

The Atrium House by Fran Silvestre Arquitectos achieves the feeling of infinite space and freedom through various architectural techniques. Firstly, the use of a central atrium, open to the sky, allows natural light to flood the interiors, creating a sense of openness and connection to the outside. Additionally, the strategic placement of large windows and glass walls enhances the visual connection between different areas, blurring the boundaries and expanding the perception of space. The minimalist design approach, with clean lines and simple shapes, also contributes to a sense of openness. Furthermore, the selection of materials, such as glass and white surfaces, helps to reflect light and create a bright, airy atmosphere. Despite the urban constraints, the architects managed to integrate nature, water features, and lush greenery into the design, adding to the feeling of freedom and tranquility. Overall, the combination of these architectural techniques creates a remarkable sense of openness and infinite space in the Atrium House.

The Atrium House by Fran Silvestre Arquitectos aims to create a sense of infinite space and freedom through its design concepts. This is achieved by a combination of architectural elements and spatial strategies.

Firstly, the house features a central atrium which acts as a void, visually connecting different levels and creating a feeling of openness. This atrium serves as the heart of the house, providing natural light and ventilation while also connecting the different spaces within the house.

Additionally, the design incorporates large, floor-to-ceiling windows that seamlessly merge the indoor and outdoor spaces. This blurs the boundaries between the inside and outside, creating an expansive feeling and intensifying the connection with the surrounding environment.

Moreover, the minimalist and clean lines of the architecture contribute to the perception of infinite space. The use of neutral colors and simplicity in the design allows the focus to shift towards the openness and freedom of the spatial experience.

Overall, the Atrium House achieves the concept of infinite space and freedom through the combination of a central atrium, seamless integration with nature, and a minimalist design aesthetic. These elements work together to create a sense of boundlessness and a feeling of liberation within the architecture.

The house features large open spaces that seamlessly connect with each other, blurring the boundaries between interior and exterior. The use of glass walls and extensive glazing allows for abundant natural light to flow into the house, creating a sense of openness.
