The elegant curves of the luxury Screen House by Australian firm K2LD Architects, Singapore

The luxury Screen House by Australian firm K2LD Architects, Singapore is a visually striking building that stands out from the crowd. Featuring elegant curved walls and an indoor pool, the property provides a wealth of amenities, not least of which is the added privacy that its location provides. Despite being close to the city centre, the Screen House boasts breathtaking views of the internal garden and lush greenery of its surrounding area, never compromising the seclusion it affords. Not only is this masterpiece of architectural design stunning to look at, but its layout ensures that occupants have access to everything they could need from the comfort and privacy of their own home.

“It was the first time in our practice to create something non-rectilinear. However, the curved shape did not arise from an architectural whim.

The original geometry of the L-shaped block was decided to soften due to the reaction to the imposed restrictions from its two immediate territorial neighbors: the Lien family’s colonial structure and their Cubic House. We planned to pull the Screen House out of those boundaries.”.
