The noble patina of copper paneling inside the stunning Green House by K2LD Architects, Singapore

K2LD Architects have created a masterpiece in the form of the Green House in Singapore. The striking building is adorned with a grand interior of copper paneling that infuses warmth and elegance into the space. Its position and construction ensures that the house benefits from natural daylight and ventilation and is surrounded by a lush green landscape for maximum outdoor enjoyment. The patina of the copper paneling provides an extra layer of visual interest and establishes a serene atmosphere.

This seemingly unremarkable house with green facades has repeatedly attracted the attention of locals and architects from different countries. So what is the secret of such success? Take a closer look at the construction and, of course, the decor of the mansion to uncover it.

The Green House, as the architects call it, is located in Singapore. Its sharp geometric forms are combined with minimalist Oriental style, where there is openness and friendliness and nothing extraneous, and modern design, characterized by an abundance of glass surfaces and wide open spaces (the residence occupies about 732 m..2 The Hewlett House is a bit like a sanctuary, with large windows designed to provide the best view of the nearby Bronte beach), and a certain vintage feel to the house, which is accentuated by the noble patina of the copper panelling that adorns the walls.
