A great design project of an innovative and innovative net-zero energy house
This post discusses a design project for a "net-zero energy" house. It is a unique design that features numerous innovations to make the home energy efficient. Solar photovoltaic systems, high-efficiency lighting, smart home automation systems, and energy-efficient water-heating solutions work in tandem to reduce energy consumption and create a completely carbon-free living space. Additionally, the home features forward-thinking materials and construction techniques to further enhance performance and reduce waste. In short, this project is a great example of advanced design principles coming together to create a truly sustainable and efficient home.
For visitors to our website we decided to present a residential project P. A. T. H. by Philippe Starck in Paris. Located in Montfort-l’Amaury, France.
It took six months to build the house. It ranges in price from 2.5 to 4.5 million euros. The building is equipped with solar panels and wind turbines as well as a rainwater harvesting system. Electricity comes from natural resources.
Architects have developed models to suit a variety of natural and climatic conditions. Also the authors of the project took into account the peculiarities of urban and rural building. Combination of wood and glass underscores sustainability. Evergreen ivy hangs from the roof. A lawn surrounding the house and branches of trees.
Large terrace flooded with sunlight. A luxurious place for family gatherings and holidays, isn’t it??
A cozy kitchen with warm colors will accommodate a friendly family.
