A great design project of an innovative and innovative net-zero energy house

It took six months to build the house. It ranges in price from 2.5 to 4.5 million euros. The building is equipped with solar panels and wind turbines as well as a rainwater harvesting system. Electricity comes from natural resources.

Architects have developed models to suit a variety of natural and climatic conditions. Also the authors of the project took into account the peculiarities of urban and rural building. Combination of wood and glass underscores sustainability. Evergreen ivy hangs from the roof. A lawn surrounding the house and branches of trees.
