The architects had to change the back of the house to create a seamless transition between the interior and the courtyard. For this purpose, the masters completely glazed the walls and doors, which allowed them to unite the interior and the exterior of the house unobtrusively and easily. But the design wasn’t just for aesthetic reasons. On the north side, the windows come in during the winter exterior lighting – sunlight, which is enough to warm the slabs of fresh concrete.

In addition, the home’s location keeps the rooms cool during hot summers, providing a reduced load on heating and air conditioning systems. The new house uses locally produced recycled wood and 32,000 tons of cisterns for storage. L of rainwater and 2.1 kW of solar panels.
