Cozy and comfortable bungalow on stilts on the Pacific coast

Bungalows on stilts in Australia: contrast of colors

Turquoise and white contrasts

The first level of the house is occupied by a garage with a gate made of simple felling, which due to the dark turquoise color looks quite attractive. In front of them sits a low fence of straight metal bars without the usual top rung. It includes two gates: a double one for the gate, a single one for the house.

To the second floor leads elliptical staircase with balustrades, flowing into a small partition, due to the ledge over the garage turns into a veranda. Supported by vertical wooden pilings that blend harmoniously with the fences.

Bungalows on stilts in Australia: rooms

Spacious rooms

The basic colors are white and shades of gray. Such a combination visually expands the space and makes it brighter. All furniture has been replaced with extremely modern, although some elements (the bathroom cabinet, the desk in the living room) have retained their classic style. The same goes for the third floor. Adjacent to the bungalow is a small pergola with cushioned sofas and surrounded by a patio with original natural stone walkways.

Next to the bungalow is a small gazebo with soft couches and a patio with original natural stone pathways.

This kind of tropical bungalow arrangement is a good idea not only for tourists, but also for residents of coastal cities. Comfort, beauty, and coziness are the three pillars of the modern design of this historic home.
