Linear house by Nano Design Build – an urban style with a tight vertical layout
Linear House by Nano Design Build introduces an innovative approach to urban living by offering a unique tight vertical layout. By taking advantage of the vertical space available in an urban location, this design allows for more space-efficient living. The design features multi-level living, storage and office space, rooftop access, efficient use of natural light, and a low-impact on the site. This modern, stylish house also offers plenty of flexible options for people, allowing them to customize the layout and use the space in whatever way works best. Its unique urban style is key to providing a truly space-efficient and convenient urban home.
On the first floor there is a living room and a family room. Although these rooms are small, just under one and a half square meters each, they do not seem cramped because of the high ceiling and bright lighting.
In the living room, three walls are elongated windows, so you can enjoy the panoramic view. And from the so-called family room you can get onto the terrace.
