This luxury Art Nouveau mansion in São Paulo, Brazil, boasts an innovative design comprising of two intersecting blocks. Here, according to the modern architectural tradition, there is a kitchen, dining room and living room, as well as utility rooms, clearly separated from the rest. The “border” is emphasized by the metal supports, which also show the structure of the house. Along with the concrete pillars, they act as load-bearing structures and the base of the building is massive concrete slabs 20 cm thick.
