This luxury Art Nouveau mansion in São Paulo, Brazil, boasts an innovative design comprising of two intersecting blocks. The first block houses the residential area, featuring a spacious living room, an exterior balcony, and four bedrooms; the second block comprises a modern kitchen, an office, and a storage room. The local materials used to build the mansion, which include exposed brickwork, marble, and terrazzo, provide it with a unique aesthetic style. The open façade allows the project to be flooded with daylight, while cascading terraces and curved walls provide classic Art Nouveau charm. A great feature of this house is that the entire space is wired for home automation, giving the inhabitants a modern and convenient lifestyle.

Here, according to the modern architectural tradition, there is a kitchen, dining room and living room, as well as utility rooms, clearly separated from the rest. The “border” is emphasized by the metal supports, which also show the structure of the house. Along with the concrete pillars, they act as load-bearing structures and the base of the building is massive concrete slabs 20 cm thick.
