Communicating with Brazilian nature – Baleia Condo between the forest and the beach by Studio Arthur Casas, São Sebastião, Sao Paulo
Studio Arthur Casas has designed Baleia Condo, an exclusive and luxurious property in the stunning town of São Sebastião, Sao Paulo. The condo offers a unique experience of luxury living, surrounded by the lush greenery of the forest and with a stunning view of the beach. It was deliberately designed with attention to even the most minute details, integrating natural elements into the condos, such as stone, wood, and the shades of nature. With its own outdoor swimming pool, deck with panoramic view, and cozy interior rooms, the condo ensures a truly refreshing experience that connects residents with nature.
The idea was to create a unified plan for all homes that were meant to form a cohesive whole. The building complex was designed so that the wall of one house could be part of the neighboring one. The structure is quite narrow, but it combines a lot of views and ideas. Even the naked eye can see the division of space in the room. The central courtyard has a garden that captures the soul of the contemporary Baleia Condo.

The concept of Baleia Condo sounds fascinating, combining the serenity of the forest with the allure of the beach. Can you please elaborate on how Studio Arthur Casas effectively bridges the gap between nature and architecture in this project?
