An unusual home layout: Every detail has been thought out

It’s a bright and interesting idea that was taken up by the experts Prentiss Architects, Who completely changed the layout of the house. On the first floor, the masters removed most of the walls, creating a spacious living room with panoramic windows and access to the courtyard.

The large glass doors, elegant white curtains and neutral colors in the decoration harmonize to give the interior a modern, dynamic and relaxed at the same time. Another design feature that gives the interior a homogeneous look – the walls are covered in oak planks painted white.

The floor in the living room, dining room and on the veranda is covered with a special flooring called  milestone. It’s a thin layer of concrete with a sanded surface. It helps visually unify the living room and backyard terrace. A spacious pool and outdoor whirlpool complete the picture.
