The result is a home that seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living, melding natural and modern styles for an elegant and stylish effect.

One of the client’s main requirements was to create an interior with a real family atmosphere. The answer is this gorgeous house with an unusual floor plan, essentially consisting of one huge room.

The large, luxurious kitchen was also designed according to the wishes of the owners, who love cooking. The rest of the house is designed around the kitchen, the ‘heart’ of the house.

But the architects haven’t forgotten about privacy either, equipping a clever house-in-house design. Inside this two-level “box” hid the bedrooms of parents and children and bathrooms, and upstairs is located the office.

To minimize heat loss in such a large room, the masters made thermal insulation of walls, floor and ceiling of polyurethane foam layer 100 mm. In the living room, they placed a water heater and floor heating. In addition, all of the numerous windows have double-glazed windows. Large windows and transparent doors let in natural light during the day.

The facade of the building was left untouched in order to blend in with the surrounding urban landscape. In addition, it allowed to save money spent on repairs. The result of the designers’ work is a comfortable, beautiful home that makes the most of the building’s features.
