The original design of the outbuilding for the gardener

Interior design of the outhouse

The addition has an elegant interior design with vintage accents. Large panoramic window openings bring dazzling sunlight into the decor, which promotes the growth of plants and creates a wonderful microclimate in the space.

The wall surface was tiled with stained oak wood, which blends perfectly with the tile finish in a subtle smoky hue and the original patterned flooring.

Interesting home is used to grow peerless houseplants, vegetable seedlings and fruit trees growing near the pool. Also the hostess brings all the outdoor plants into this space when it’s cold.

A variety of metals, such as nickel, zinc, distressed bronze and antique brass, have been harmoniously sourced by the specialists to add an incredible amount of charm and comfort to the decor. A striking worktop with wooden pull-out drawers provides a functional workstation for the gardener. The intricate brackets by Van Dyke are a great addition that fits perfectly into the overall decoration.

Wide bi-fold windows allow this area to be filled with dazzling sunlight and the natural warmth needed for stunning green growth. In a small distance are the toilets and showers, which the owners use to wash their beloved dog.

A zinc countertop with a wonderful patina finish perfectly complements the design and harmonizes beautifully with the textured warm wood in the trim. Pull-out drawers for garden tools, gloves, seeds and tools have a slatted bottom that is highly functional to use and easy to clean. Complemented by vintage fittings with a concise and sophisticated silhouette.

The original marble mosaic floor in a contrasting black and white hue with delightful ornamentation perfectly blends in with the overall stylistic execution of the decor. In addition, it is very practical and has an incredible aesthetic appeal.

The beautifully designed outbuilding by Meriwether Felt in Minnesota, Minnesota, USA, is a marvelous, creative project with a lot of creativity, original furnishings made of textured materials and a great atmosphere for gardening activities.

Some key considerations that influenced the original design of the gardener’s outbuilding may include the need for ample storage space for tools and supplies, a work area for potting and planting, and potentially a sheltered area for plants during inclement weather. The design would also take into account the materials available, the surrounding landscape, and the desired aesthetic of the garden. Accessibility, natural light, ventilation, and durability of the structure would also be important factors to consider. Overall, the goal would be to create a functional and practical space that complements the garden and meets the needs of the gardener.
