The clear shapes of the front garden and the frame of the house helped to optimize space.
A basement was added to the rear of the building. This has allowed the house to be divided into several functional levels. The first level, fully glazed, includes a dining room, living room with access to the pool and a small private office. Bedroom, bathroom and children's bedroom on the second level.
