The site has a rectangular shape: 110 meters long and 42 meters wide along the shore.
All buildings were elevated 1.8 meters above sea level. That gives all the rooms a stunning view of the ocean.
The entire complex consists of three rooms: one apartment for 4 bedrooms, the other for 3. Kitchenette and dining room on the first floor.
On the opposite side of the buildings are the bathrooms with Jacuzzis and private green gardens.
In addition, each suite has its own 10×3 meter outdoor pool, positioned so as to create the effect of infinity and merging with the ocean.
