Enjoy the convenience of a home with a large family with children. Company Rolf Ockert Design in New South Wales, Australia has developed and implemented the project for a luxury home for a large family. The features of the area have had their influence on the architecture of the building. Height restrictions and a blank wall were turned from problems into design virtues. The structure has three floors, with one of them – a basement. There are three large children’s rooms and a playground with access to the garden and pool.
Sweeping courtyard walls
Living room, kitchen and dining room on the second floor. Here designers arranged an unusual terrace, which originality is expressed in the ability of owners to change the number of open and closed glass partitions at their discretion. So you can fully open part of the house to the sea wind or close all the shutters and protect yourself from the elements.
Dining Room
On this floor is a bright living room with a big white sofa and a big flat-screen TV. Decorating the room are not only small items on the wall-mountain, but also the carpet on the floor, which adds bright colors to the interior.
Living room
Tiers of the house are connected by many stairs. They can be concrete, steel or wood. Because it was impossible to make windows on all sides of the building, the architects arranged a small inner courtyard. Its walls are panoramic window openings, so that each room gets enough sunlight.

The authors were able to let a lot of light and fresh air into the house and still maintain the privacy of the environment. Light colors and bright accents create a family-friendly climate.
