This family-run guest house is located in the eastern part of Copenhagen, Denmark. Originally built in 1898, the building has recently been partially renovated into a new comfortable apartment. It is of amazing beauty and aesthetic charm typical of ancient constructions. The decor of the facade of the house was made with textured brickwork of unusual yellow tone with green shades, which gives the moss on the walls.
Decorating the structure stunning window openings with hinged doors and dark gray window frames, remarkably contrasting with the exterior of the building. A charming deck has been laid out in front of the apartments for sunbathing, socializing leisurely with friends and family, and enjoying an alfresco meal. It is clad in a textured deck of gray, which blends perfectly with the overall architectural image and amazing content of the residence.
The terrace is surrounded by a small fence, painted in a rich brown hue. It allows you to create a confidential and hidden from prying eyes space for serene relaxation and a pleasant pastime for family members and guests. On the veranda was installed a sofa with a dainty wooden structure and snow-white soft cushions, which in case of need or bad weather can be removed. For meals in the open air was put a practical table with a metal structure, surrounded by exquisite chairs. The balcony is particularly attractive and aesthetically pleasing, with green plants and flowers in wooden boxes and ceramic planters.
Interior design was sustained in a classical stylistic manner with the use of contrasting shade palette and bright saturated decorative objects. The guest salon is set in a roomy size room with laconic and small window openings, which bring a dazzling sunshine and natural warmth into the room.

The floor surface has been finished with a glossy poured finish, which creates a special charm and serene aesthetic in the setting, which complements the overall stylistic image. Bringing to the atmosphere of softness is a warm beige-colored palace, a fantastic chair and an original table.
The bathroom was designed in a rich black shade, which brings depth and an incredibly effective appearance. The walls and ceiling were painted in dark grey matte finish, and the style is completed by a furniture set with similar fronts. Soft light and diffused glow floodlights, mounted on a metal rail above the kitchen island, fill the room. Appliances were also chosen with a dark body, which fits perfectly into the created interior.
On the opposite side of the kitchen is the dining area, which is represented by a large round table surrounded by exceptional metal-framed chairs with red plastic seating. Accentuate it with an oval milk-colored palace, as well as an unusual interior object in the form of a chandelier. Its lampshade was composed with numerous white leaves, which add charm and aesthetic appeal to the setting.
The parents’ bedroom was set up in a space with interesting geometric outlines formed by the pitched roof structure. This architectural device brought to the interior exclusivity and characteristic authenticity. Bright window frames with dark metal hinges and designer furniture give the decor a cozy and warm feeling. A large double bed with luxurious bed linens became the epicenter of decoration.
