The narrow and steep hillside was always considered unsuitable for housing and was only used as an access road. But as they say, if you really want to, you can.
On a sloping square measuring 14 x 4,7 meters, the design firm FINCKH ARCHITEKTEN BDA has constructed a rather capacious house.

In order to play with the steepness of the site, the architects arranged the interior on three levels. The interior design is absolutely in keeping with the minimalist exterior: concrete, glass and plastic. All in white and gray tones, no frills.

But not to be too gloomy and boring, the designers added a highlight: colored lighting, which highlights one object or another.

In general, the visitors of Forum City have already understood that this is a project designed for the middle class.
