The site was built on a unique panoramic view of the steep slopes to the north. Although the area is residential, it still retains an organic setting where a riot of vegetation prevails.
The bright facade, contrasting tones of the exterior, a harmonious blend of glass and concrete, underlined by an elegant greenery. The landscape design includes ornamental trees and shrubs, beautiful and well-kept flowerbeds and, of course, a luxurious mat of lawn grass.

Inside, you will be greeted by a light and bright interior design with a fireplace In the center of the living room. The hearth is intended to play a major role, because we all associate it with warmth and comfort in our homes. The finish is equally impressive, used deep black granite to set it apart from the rest of the place.
And then catches the eye a lot of light, which the room is saturated with attractive chandeliers, elegantly hanging from the ceiling, with different fascinating forms, spotlights, floor lamps. Together they create a seductive extravaganza. Among the furnishings, plush sofas, armchairs with satin accessories and contrasting cushions are worth noting.
Complemented by artificial lighting and gentle rays of sunlight penetrating inside through the glazed areas, near which also used upholstered furniture. Light airy tulles of impeccable white are used as window decor. Even when closed, they do not hinder the penetration of light, but gently disperse it to every corner.
