The three-story Fairview Townhouse was designed and completed in 2012. The structure has an area of 279 sq.. And it is located in a hilly part of Cleveland. The house is surrounded by pristine vegetation, which makes up the beautiful view that opens from all the windows of the house.
The original facade is a combination of pure light colors, and, thanks to the combination of light wood and white color, makes a whimsical contrast, as the colors of the material used, and the surrounding nature with the color scheme of the facade of the house.
The three-story mansion is designed for a full family. The first floor is carved out of the hillside and has an entrance hall, hallway, garage and storage room.
The top floor has only three bedrooms and several bathrooms. At the very top is a studio with access to the roof.
All the house is designed in such a way that the huge windows not only give the residents a beautiful exotic view of nature, but also equip all the rooms with natural light, creating a play of light and shadow and many variations of the reflection of this game on the white, matte surfaces.
Also the furnishings are noteworthy. An elegant and well chosen furniture selection makes the interior of the house not only luxurious but also extremely spacious.
