Today the readers of the popular forum have the opportunity to get acquainted with another An example of modern design private home. During construction, predominantly in the cladding of this building, full use was made of wood. The use of this material gave the house its name – House Sigg. It is located in Dietlikon, Switzerland. The appearance of the structure, very emphatically shows that there is no problem with the scarcity of such material as wood in the area.
The three-storey house has a basement with a garage and room for equipment. On the first floor, there is a fairly spacious living room, kitchen and bar room. The cozy interior includes cabinets and other furniture made of wood, of course. For the coziness and comfort of the house owners, the bedrooms and bathroom are located on the second floor. Particular attention is paid to the façade. A green lawn and a few trees create a minimalist landscape design. Instead of a terrace we use the small wooden deck next to the pool.
