Charming residence S House The apartment is a unique architectural project, which was designed and completed by talented craftsmen and specialists from the studio Fourth Dimension. It is located in the suburbs of Moscow, Russia. The exterior of the building fascinates by its spectacular volume design and non-standard approach to architecture. Incredible engineering ensemble with a spacious terrace and unusual cantilevered roof with a fantastic shape and silhouette welcomes guests. The structure has two floors, on which there are personal rooms and a variety of public areas, as well as unique outbuildings with a large garage and a luxurious bath complex.

The roof overhang, which comes from the spacious garage and connects the main building with two branches, accentuates the guests’ attention in the entrance and open recreation area. It is enhanced by spot lighting which creates an attractive and exciting image in the evening and at night by softly highlighting the architecture and the silhouette of the building.

The outdoor sun terrace has a sitting area with a covered pergola with an outdoor kitchen and a wonderful barbecue. The construction is made with the use of wood, concrete canopy and brickwork of gray shade, which forms an eccentric and memorable look. Particular functionality of the pergola is provided by solar panels capable of producing electricity through the absorption of ultraviolet radiation.

Interior decoration is made in a classic and measured stylistic orientation that emphasizes the status and position of its owners. In the facing of the walls were used marble slabs of yellow tone with amazing stains, unique design in the form of wooden blocks of dark hue, which perfectly complements the snow-white decor of the floor and ceiling.

High ceilings, classic decorations and comfortable furnishings complete the living room. Flowing drapes on the windows allow you to hide the space from the sunlight, and they also bring a special drama and spectacular image to the design. Adds to the coziness of the room original palace, made in a red-gray hue palette.

The kitchen and dining area are arranged in a sophisticated manner. A furniture set with functional appliances placed on either side of the elongated room, they have matte fronts, veneered with brown tone wood. A stove and a cooker hood take center stage in this room and their elegant appearance is complemented by a chandelier with a textile lampshade and a glass table.

The TV room is equipped with a widescreen screen, a projector, frameless pouffes and a comfortable sofa. LED colored lighting gives it a special feeling.
