Chic homes often leave a somewhat museum-like impression, as the focus of attention is on certain things. Here each element is in its place and can be an object of separate attention, but the main bet is still on the materials and the special atmosphere.

Even the small backyard is designed to form the most comfortable environment possible, it’s lined with greenery, but it looks very natural, not decorative. On balconies and architectural ledges also are created phytocompositions. The facade of the building is finished with thin wooden slats in rich hues, a rather unusual move for exterior decoration.

The interior area is planned according to the main trends of modernity. The spaciousness of the rooms is emphasized by the choice of the most natural colors, and the furniture has proportions which do not cheapen the space, although it often has substantial dimensions.
