Villa Estebania Is a private residence, designed and implemented by the architectural company Arch-D. The creative project was completed in 2013, and the structure is located in the city Tallinn, Estonia. The two-story building is surrounded by incredible nature, green space and luxurious heirloom trees that fill the air with freshness and superb fragrance. This architectural design was inspired by the natural landscape and the desire to bring the charm of the patio and garden area into the interior.
A small stairwell provides access from the basement to the first tier, which is connected to the lower level by an atrium. A textured wooden ceiling with massive beams, flowing curtains in a light gray shade, and a glass railing bring exceptional creativity and expression to the setting. A line of minimalist lamps, hanging on thin cords from the ceiling, illuminates the staircase, creating a pleasant and bewitching atmosphere.
It is equipped with cozy armchair With a metal base and leather seating, a warm homemade palazzo and floor-to-ceiling shelving that can accommodate the mansion’s extensive library. It is also a place to enjoy the views of the beautiful scenery through the large transparent glazing of the apartments. Suspended lighting fixtures bring attractive and cozy atmosphere to this corner, which disposes to serene rest and immersion in your own thoughts.
Next to it is the steam room, designed in the guise of a Turkish bath hammam. The floor surface, the curved semi-circular wall, which seamlessly transitions to a cozy seat and the ceiling is finished with fine mosaic tiles of pearlescent hue with a yellow tone. This area is illuminated by small lights that are randomly placed on top of the steam room, creating an interesting visual starry sky effect. A unique tripod-like wooden coat rack is next to the exit.
A wall with a photograph on it brings a natural charm to the design. Passing through both levels, it creates an incredible dramatic effect, visually linking the two floors together. The staircase decor supports the overall styling of the decoration and can be traced in the cladding of the glossy floor surface.
A cutout in the floor allows you to see the decoration of the basement level, it is covered with impact-resistant glass, which creates additional security and great decoration modern interior design.
Also on this level is the kitchen in a small alcove behind the dining table. It has a simple and sleek appearance, enhanced by modern materials, innovative technology and delightful illumination. A large doorway leads through to an open office with a homely feel.
The sun terrace in front of the cottage is lined with paving tiles in an unusual ornament, allowing the family and guests to stroll along it on a warm day, take a sunbath or have lunch on a summer day. The entrance to the mansion is simple and unpretentious, with a deck board walkway that adds a natural and unpretentious touch to the architecture of the house.
Low shrubs, flower arrangements and exotic plantings decorate the front of the building, which looks very attractive and picturesque.
