Villa Fendi is designed in such a way that the interior space harmonizes perfectly with the surroundings. It is located in an excellent location with stunning natural views, the surrounding scenery – the best tool for the design of the villa.
The villa was built with an eye toward infiltrating as much natural light as possible, and it subtly blends into the surrounding landscape. The simple shape of the building maximizes the view of the coast. The construction used cantilevered objects, creating an impression of airiness and weightlessness.
There is a spacious gallery on the first floor, it serves as a reception room and has a beautiful view of the sea.
On the second floor is a private living area, bedrooms and terraces, reading and work rooms, guest room. The bedroom is located on a console, raised above the garden and facing the sea.
The Findlay Family Residence in Canada has glass doors to connect it to the outdoor patio area, and a seamless transition in the interior allows for views of Down Town and South Beach.
