Ultra-minimalist design of a modern country house

Casa Bilbaína apartment design in Spain

"The structure consists of two prisms placed on one level and another perpendicularly above them. Thanks to this structure, we got an enlargement of the surface of the facade on the south side, where it turns into a social sphere. At the same time, these volumes create different environments outside of it: the vegetable garden with herbs and the luxurious lawn.

Around this area inside the building you can find the living room, the children's/playroom and the dining room – all facing the kitchen. They have a unifying, visual connection across the site. The result is the "family contact," which the owners specifically tried to achieve. The living room and library have a dual focus: on the fragrant garden and the ornamental beds. From the west is a veranda, the room which is divided by a double-sided fireplace.".
