Openings on the first and second floor allow the interior to blend in with the stunning natural panorama, bringing special freshness and charm to the space.

The exterior of the cottage perfectly combines textured concrete pillars, white plaster slabs, transparent glazing and striking minimalist blocks to form in the decor a magnetic and captivating play of light and shadow.

In front of the building there is a small swimming pool decorated with bright and rich azure colored mosaic tiles. It allows family members and guests to enjoy the water while contemplating the surrounding landscape and greenery.

The interior design is based on a light color scheme and minimalist furnishings, resulting in an extremely inviting and welcoming interior.

The room at the back of the house, with high ceilings and a panoramic view of the garden with trees and shrubs, is a welcoming and comfortable dining room with a dining table for six around the elegant chairs with fabric seats and carved backrests.

Accentuates the eye on this area a large lamp with a balloon-shaped lamp, made in snow-white color scheme in the form of an airy and charming flower. The composition is completed by a glass vase with yellow tulips.

A short distance from the atrium area, with its high ceiling and translucent window openings, is the guest lounge in an aesthetically pleasing and charming style. The flooring is lined with textured parquet with a light surface, which brings warmth and a special coziness to the atmosphere.

The room is equipped with a sectional sofa with black upholstery, as well as a functional library with a wooden shelving unit that holds a large collection of books and literary works of the owners.

A gorgeous fireplace for the house, lined with stone beige tiles, creates a disposing atmosphere in the space, which is great for serene relaxation, unhurried communication and pleasant pastime of the owners and their guests.

Attractive and charming bedroom on the first floor. A distinctive feature is a series of minimalist, small window openings facing east. They allow you to fill your home decor with a play of incredible glow and shadow, and bring an aesthetic and drama to your apartment.

A neutral tonal palette was chosen for the wall cladding, visually enlarging the room and giving it a special charm and magnetism. The epicenter of the room is the huge practical bed with exquisite linens, behind which is a low partition that hides the powder room and dressing room.
