Here’s what the architect of this magnificent project had to say: “The layout and volumetric arrangement of the villa reflect the characteristics of the terrain in both its narrow and wide sense. The gentle slopes down to the lake, the unequalled views and the sunny atmosphere all give the impression of a multi-purpose building. Notice how a simple flat piece of land can divide a space into different zones. The front courtyard, terrace and shoreline zone alternately lead the house occupants and their guests away from the driveway and towards the lake.
