A house located in Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia, whose architecture and design have been developed in accordance with the requirements, tastes and preferences of a particular customer. Completed in 2014.
Working on this project, professionals, taking into account the limited space for construction, as well as the wishes and tastes of the customer, decided to combine a variety of design elements, including a large number of mirrors and artificial lighting to visually increase space and create a cozy atmosphere.
The room on the second floor is multifunctional. It is used by the owner as a library, recreation room and place of prayer. Reds combined with Chinese details give an oriental flavor to the room. A lot of mirrors in the bedroom visually expand the space, and a mirrored door with two flaps hides a closet and a bathroom.
The executors successfully implemented the desires of the owner, combining different types of design and architecture as well as original furnishings to create one of the most fashionable and stylish interiors of our time.
This city house project with ethnic style elements looks fascinating! I’m curious to know what specific ethnic elements have been incorporated into the design. Are there any unique cultural influences that inspired the project?
