Below is a level with an additional guest room that connects the estate to the ocean. There’s also a covered terrace with clay pottery items, exiting from which you can enter a vegetable garden with a pond or walk to the coastal garden as well as to the ocean itself.
Entrance to the cottage is through a north covered walkway that visually connects all levels of the building. The exterior and interior living areas are functionally connected, and the special “transparent” layout allows you to quickly move from one place of construction to another.
