The building is “fed” by solar panels, which provide power. The many sustainable features it has are beneficial to family members-insulation, heat-treated hardwood floors With passive cooling, a rainwater collection system that is then used to flush the toilet. Stainless steel umbrellas protect the windows and enhance the sun’s heat.
