This project seemed very promising from the outset because of the initial characteristics of the site allocated for construction. The grounds of the house extend along a hillside right up to the top of the hill, offering a magnificent view of the surroundings. With the challenging topography, the architect had to work hard to create a unique structure that was functional and aesthetically pleasing in equal measure.
The artistic longevity of the design is ensured by a number of components. Natural stone and wood were used in the decoration of the facade of the residence.
These materials, combined with snow-white walls, create a classic look that’s in keeping with the latest trends in architecture. Vibrant plants and a mountain landscape in the distance effectively shade the austere geometric aesthetic of the house.
One of the walls of the main bathroom is decorated with natural marble in a contrasting pattern. It becomes the focal point of the interior design because it is completely devoid of other colors.
The architects created the conditions for an ongoing study of the structure of the residence. Pathways, passageways and descents provide access to the house from different positions, creating an intriguing interweaving of spaces.
