French Architects’ One Storey Villas

This post introduces French Architects' One Storey Villas as unique and attractive solutions for holiday homes, recreational retreats, family homes, and modular living spaces. Built with eco-friendly and low maintenance materials, these villas are distinctively designed with flexibility and customisation in mind. Benefitting from the latest energy-saving technologies, the villas come equipped with insulated walls, roof, and floor, as well as provision for integrated solar panels. Additionally, the independent sewage treating system and two-zone HVAC systems make them suitable for both urban and rural settings where infrastructure is lacking. As such, these villas are perfect for anyone looking to get away from it all without compromising on comfort and modern convenience.

Remarkable architecture leaves nobody indifferent. For the construction the architects used traditional materials – concrete, glass and wood, – but for the interior decoration the choice was made in favor of natural wood. Cozy and warm. A perfect place for a large family. This area can accommodate both raucous parties and quiet gatherings.

In the yard of the house there is a fifteen meter pool with blue water, surrounded by green lawn. An air of freshness and coolness beckons. By the pool there are snow-white deck chairs, where you can relax under the warm sun. The house is reflected in the water surface like in a mirror.

The dining room is on the outdoor terrace. A fireplace in the living room and a real bear skin on the floor. This room with inviting couches is perfect for a romantic evening. Panoramic windows in the living room offer a beautiful view of the neighborhood.

Laconic kitchen with modern appliances is very convenient. Large smooth surfaces of the cutting tables every housewife will appreciate. The bathroom interior is interesting – mirrors with neon lighting, shower enclosed by a glass wall, and walls finished in dark gray stone, creating an unusual atmosphere. Isn’t it a great place for relaxation??

French architects’ one-story villas can optimize space and provide ample living areas by incorporating efficient layout designs and utilizing creative storage solutions. Open floor plans can be employed to maximize the use of available space, connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas seamlessly. By eliminating unnecessary walls, there is a feeling of spaciousness. Additionally, clever storage solutions such as built-in cabinets, shelves, and hidden compartments can be used to store belongings and keep the living areas clutter-free. Maximizing natural light through large windows and skylights also helps create an airy and expansive ambiance. Finally, utilizing outdoor spaces effectively, such as designing patios or terraces that seamlessly integrate with indoor living areas, can provide additional room for relaxation and entertainment.
