Unusual playful residential home design with an open floor plan

This structure is an artful sculpture, where bright colors play on the snow-white facade, the unusual shape is impressive, which naturally attracts attention and makes the house truly unique.

The site wasn’t big enough for the owners, so they had to find some creative solutions and the building goes up. It is surrounded by an elegant fence, and unusual exquisite plants, enlivening the exterior of the house.

Interesting interior ideas were also applied inside: an unusual layout and a colorful palette. Most of the color palette is dominated by light colors, which allows you to create a clean and fresh atmosphere. Bright and shiny gloss of the flooring is wonderfully combined with the texture of natural wood, bright colors.

The well-lit open space is filled with natural light through the many windows, and similarly, ventilation flows through every room in the house. At the heart of the “little fortress” is an unusual area, which is the heart of the house: a small open area that is a mini-garden.

The floors are connected by an interesting staircase design for the house. The steps, winding as if a liana, fit quite attractively into the interior of this project.

There’s plenty of room for kids; their room is right across from the parent’s bedroom. There is enough space between them so that different generations have plenty of personal space. The room closes when necessary; the door design is a folding mechanism, so it doesn’t steal precious space that can be used more efficiently.

The children can move up to the floor above as they grow up – this flexibility lets the house grow with the family. The bedroom is designed in a light and simple style to create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Nothing is superfluous in the interior, the decor is discreet, but it is chosen with extraordinary taste.

In the heart of the house there is a separate area, which can be called the heart of the house. It’s a loft without a slab that goes from the ground floor to the roof. The architects admit it is an interesting solution, and the owners are enthusiastic about it.

“Landscaping areas” are on all floors, but the design of each is so different! There are ornamental bushes, lawn grass, little walkways.

It’s a dream house! Its layout and furnishings are an example of the perfect organization of living space, which is complemented by visual appeal. The playful interior, colorful and interesting decor, an unusual distribution of living areas – this is the result of creative approach, which was the basis of such a stunning result.
