For a disabled child

If a citizen receiving state allowances by age has a disabled child of groups 3, 2, 1, then allowances are paid regardless of the age of the latter. The guardian is entitled to a fixed pension payment before and after the age of majority of the disabled person, upon confirmation of disability by a certificate of the commission establishing incapacity by the appointment of a disability group.
