Design of a 230 sq. m. apartment. The house was designed by specialists from Casamanara Studio, who were tasked with creating a comfortable space for a small family to live in. Large windows provide daylight and neutral cityscape for the interior, forming a restrained, but chic image.
The generous, open-plan space features a living room, kitchen and compact dining area separated from them by a glass partition with a sliding door. A clever arrangement of unique paintings and posters elegantly accentuate the color scheme, and designer fixtures act as sculptural additions.
Bold color combinations and refined decor set this project apart from the typical industrial loft apartments but do not disguise the structural elements of the building. Wooden surfaces warm up the interior and colorful carpets decorate it like sugar icing on a cake.
The combination of all design components makes 476 Broadway a sophisticated and incredibly on-trend space in an authentic Manhattan style.
