Visitors to Forum City are invited to get acquainted with Otto Medem de la Torriente’s project called Casa Torremocha, located amongst the picturesque mountain scenery not far from Madrid.
It was important to solve two main problems. Needed a comfortable home photo studio, where the client will spend most of his time. Inspiration is important for creative work, which is why the developers have provided large panoramic windows so that the surrounding natural scenery gives emotions to the photographer.
The basement of the house is used as a garage for two cars. Its walls are clad in natural stone from the outside, so that the lower part of the building merges with the surrounding nature.
The main attraction of the house are the panoramic windows and the large terraces that offer a spellbinding view over the natural surroundings.
