Stunning design for a country residence in Nova Lima – the work of the Brazilian company Saraiva + Associados leaves a long lasting impression

Visitors of Forum City will definitely be interested in this complex, which is best described by the words “luxury” and “abundance. Located in the small town of Nova Lima, 22 km from Belo Horizonte, the administrative center of Minas Gerais state in eastern Brazil.

The entire complex consists of four independent blocks. However, the units are connected by a steel structure covered in reflective glass. The walls on the outside are covered in red stone, which changes color when exposed to sunlight. In the center of the complex there is a swimming pool, a large green garden and a children’s playground.

The first unit consists of eight suites, a studio and a lounge. The second block houses a home theater and a heated pool. The third block – kitchen, spa center and play area. The fourth unit is designed for staff housing.

This project was designed by Saraiva + Associados, Brazil. The architect was Marcelo Montoro. Responsible for the design of the project became a studio Piantina Architecture.
