The first and second floors of the house are studio apartments for artists and architects. 3rd to 5th floor: small but spacious apartments for everyday citizens. The use of lightweight concrete slabs Cobiax in the construction of the house gave architects and designers the opportunity not to limit their imagination in the layout of the premises.

Thanks to this, the building now has six apartments with three-meter ceilings and spacious rooms. Basalt stone, waxed oak flooring, and a concrete ceiling with an "unfinished" effect are used as common elements of the interior décor in each.

The presence of large ceiling to floor windows only increases the effect of the presence of the street while adding a lot of daylight into the space.
