This staunch house is located in the historic quarter of Ávilés, between Plaza del Carbayedo and Galiana street. It was remodelled according to the design by OmasC arquitectos. Living and family rooms on the first and second floors of the mansion.
Kitchen, dining room and living room overlook Plaza del Carbayedo. The open floor plan is accentuated by sliding doors that visually connect all parts of the house – from the bedrooms to the garden and courtyard area. The two doors are connected by an illuminated corridor that runs through the entire building.
The main facade is classically decorated in a Spanish style – galleries, arches and balconies are a clear reminder of the architectural traditions of this country. The combination of sleek columns, brickwork, and wood paneling captivates the eye. Standing on the graceful balcony, you can feel like an actor in an old theater. A breathtaking view from the top floor.
