Architectural company from the American city of Miami KZ Architectures designed and implemented the magnificent and original apartments South Island. This home, designed for cozy and comfortable single family living, is located in Golden Beach, Florida in the United States. According to the project architect: “From the neighboring houses to the north and south, the interior design of the house surrounds Cozy patio.
The bedrooms, guest salon, dining room, kitchen, breakfast area, dining room and study are all organized around it. A series of open corners was designed to connect the continuity of space and materials from the street to the water. Starting from the covered area near the entrance, the visitor enters a sheltered and private front yard, which connects via a large room to the living area of the house.
A long and narrow pool acts as the centerpiece in the courtyard, as does sculptural staircase, which serves this purpose for the large room inside the mansion. The exterior features slate walls that frame the entrance and barbecue area. Original ideas in the decor are in dialogue with each other, which admirably emphasizes the continuity of the design elements. Consistency in the interior is completed in the appearance of the woodwork.
